Do Women Do it Better?

Women don't have to PRACTICE, they DO! Okay gents, move over :-) Did you know................

that it was women in the Biblical Days that

1- taught values, ethics, morals and culture
2- kept the family together
3- developed AND Grew the relationships

Fast forward to 2008 and it is not surprising that women are fast taking over the Network Marketing Industry simply because they do not have to "work" at the above mentioned qualities and attributes.

Women are Natural Networkers.

I grew up in the 50's and 60's when women were still "homemakers" and did not work outside the home. Times changed gradually and women all over the Nation suddenly found themselves "without skills" to obtain traditional jobs. Wooohooooo, what a stroke of luck!

Women not only

1- taught values, ethics, morals and culture
2- kept the family together
3- developed AND Grew the relationships but they also were fabulous accountants, social directors, nutritionists, executive dispatchers and the list goes on.

Running a home and a family required (and STILL requires) a laundry list of skills that women developed, never realizing these skills were exceptionally marketable in "the business world".

Women are natural networkers! They have LISTENING skills and do so with their HEART as well as with their ears; they develop relationships with people based on the other persons needs, NOT their own. Women are used to GIVING, whether it be to a spouse, children, The PTA, etc. It is no wonder that our beloved industry is now replete with fabulous and successful women who have "come in to their own, REALIZE and TAKE OWNERSHIP of their skills, and reach out to others to nurture them.

How do you define your credentials?

1- Define and Draft a list of YOUR TALENTS and SPECIAL QUALITIES
2- Look at your home life, your experiences, as well as your "J.O.B."
3- Be willing to ACCEPT that you have natural talents
4- SHARE those talents with others
5- Repeat #1 often

Need affirmation of your skills and talents? Check with your Church/Synagogue associates and organizations, PTA, Community Groups, Social Groups, etc.

Write down all the things you do on a daily basis to keep your household running.

Repeat #1 often

May your day be a treasure bringing Increase and Plenty to your door.

Practicing Abundance, Prosperity & Kindness EVERY DAY,

RS
